"Scary and violent game inspired by GTA in which the player is a delinquent in the big city."
Successful games usually have imitators, that aren't of the same quality but some are still are worth a look. This is the case of CrimeLife 2, a version of the classic GTA (although without cars or races).
CrimeLife 2 isn't a copy of GTA, but is more inspired by it, with its technical limitations, and with the following storyline: the player walks freely about the city, carrying different weapons to do different jobs, buy more powerful weapons, drive a vehicle, assault a house, get into street groups, etc ... anything that breaks the law. There's no mission or theme for the game, but there are eight weapons and numerous vehicles, including a helicopter, to explore the city and shoot from. It also includes the 'wanted' level star system, where the police chase you and you can enter different buildings to access more weapons and accessories.
CrimeLife 2 isn't a friendly game, nor politically correct, where the player (and their band) have to fight against the law. This program is very easy to download, install and then use, through its friendly and intuitive user interface. You don't need any technical experience at all to get the most out of it.
